Senior Manager for Finance, HR and Business Development

Our company is looking for a Senior Manager who will lead our Finance, HR and Business Development units, with the following qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant or Master in Business AdministrationAt least 7 years of managerial experience either in Finance, HR, Sales, Business Development or Marketing.With an exceptional understanding of the overall flow of Finance, HR, and Business Development.Ability to align business objectives with employees and management, and successfully drive business development initiatives toward company goals.Ability to create and implement business strategies for the sustenance and growth of the company.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - confident, assertive, and articulate.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and sublime problem-solving aptitude.High value for people development and the knack to inspire.Advocate for a positive, motivated, and productive workplace culture.Catalyst of change.Loves animals/pets.
