Position Purpose:

The Senior Manager - Business Controllership will be responsible for periodic forecasting and budgeting for a portfolio of accounts and month-end financial review with business partners.

Job Requirements:

Direct & coordinate all aspects of financials planning, budgeting & forecasting across all accounts / geography assignedManage and lead the forecasting call for your respective accounts / geography assignedTo help consolidate the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecast, month end closing reporting and weekly / monthly rolling forecast across all accounts / geography assignedDrive variance analysis to reduce revenue leakage and reduce cost… driving better profitability across all accounts / geography assignedResponsible for developing financial & operational reporting like bill to pay, span ratio, over/under headcount & seats, shrinkage, attrition, etc.Adhoc business analysis as neededDrive forecasting accuracy within range of +/-5%Manage all companywide financial reportingManage the Daily Revenue Tracker & Daily Call with Leadership

Qualifications:

College degree in Finance and/or Accounting7+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experienceStrong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAPExperience in an operational FP&A group supporting senior business leadersStrong Excel skillsExperience with multi-dimensional financial reporting and modeling tools (i.e. Hyperion, Anaplan)Strong communication skillsAbility to work during US hoursContact center experience
