COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE

Your Key Contributions:

Under the supervision of the Treasury and Collection Manager, responsibilities include collecting customer outstanding receivable balances by enforcing terms of sale; timely analysis and making decisions for resolution of over/short payments and deductions/claims; responding to internal and external customer inquiries; creating reports and analysis using excel; and able to perform other tasks and special projects as needed.

What Makes You a Fit for this Role:

Candidate must at least hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledgeable in billing and collection procedures.Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

With excellent communication skills.Strong math and people skills.Analytical, persistent, and has ability to work under pressure.Previous work experience from a telecommunications industry is an advantage.
