The successful candidate will work closely with the banquet service team, and is responsible for the execution and delivery of all events.Preparation of BEO.Ensure BEO is issued and distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.Prepare proposals, contracts and other banquet correspondence.promptly respond to all inquiries.Prepare signage and menu items for all banquet events function.Coordinate with Banquet Service Team on a timely basis to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
