Marketing Consultant Lead | Multiple Accounts | Hybrid

Job DescriptionThe Team Leader works with the Marketing Consultant Team throughout the project life cycle, to support the development and implementation of advertising services work.Oversees the production process and acts as a liaison between marketing consultants and managers.Performs mentoring, and SLA monitoring of all accounts and is responsible for daily administrative tasks such as creating reports and attendance and behavioral monitoring.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or three years of related experienceMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO setupExcellent customer service and support skillsStrong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsWilling to work in shifting schedules including but not limited to the graveyard shift, holidays, weekends, or as needed by the businessExperience with providing and receiving coaching and feedbackGood planning, organizing, and problem-solving skillsMust have proficiency with various software applications programs including e-mail messaging applications, Microsoft Word and Excel
