Bookkeeper | Alabang

Responsibilities

Communicates directly with clients, answering specific bookkeeping and QBO questions (written & oral)Communicates with the team to summarize month-end closing to ensure books are completed in a timely mannerMaintains detailed notes in client files for continuity of serviceProvide monthly bookkeeping services for clients by reviewing & categorizing transactions; completing reconciliations for bank feed accounts and other balance sheet accounts, and sending monthly performance reportsManage common bookkeeping situations, such as setting up and reviewing charts of accounts, reviewing and creating bank feed rules, and knowledge of 3rd party integrationsReview documentation and information provided by clients for accuracy

Qualifications

Bookkeeping Experience: 1+ years of recent bookkeeping experienceWorking knowledge on reconciliation, bank processing and US taxationQBO Experience: This position requires QuickBooks online knowledge and a minimum of 1 year of recent experience working within QuickBooks OnlineDegree: 2-year degree preferredWilling to work on a night shiftWilling to work in Alabang
