REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any management coursePreferably with experience in employee coaching, handling grievances and complaintsHave intensive knowledge in compliance, Philippine Labor laws and disciplinary proceduresWith experience in internal and external audit processApplicants must be willing to work in FPIP, BatangasFull-Time position(s) available.Can start immediately

Description of work:

Prepare draft legal opinions in response to queries raised, following general instructions given by supervisorPerform preliminary review of the legal aspects of project proposals, draft agreements, correspondence, and other texts and provide appropriate comments to the corresponding supervisorDraft or assist in the drafting of legal documents for the final review of a supervisorDraft legal memoranda and other legal documents including administrative contracts and agreements such as contracts of engagement of personnel, consultants, and contracts awarded for the procurement of goods or servicesPrepare and follow up on filings before national entities to establish, maintain, and protect the intellectual property and other legal commercial rightsPrepare draft recommendations concerning intellectual property and commercial issuesPrepare, review, draft, and negotiate copyright, trademark, and patent license agreements
