FLEET COORDINATOR - ILO-ILO

Work Schedule:

· 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Maybe change upon requirements of Client) Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

· College graduate of any business course

· Knows how to drive, holder of professional license, basic knowledge in vehicle parts and troubleshooting.

· Knows how to use and navigate MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams, Shared Drive

. Must have a Driver's License Rest 2

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Ensure all requests for repairs processed by Diamond Services will be performed by the shop indicated in the LOA. Requests for LOA may be facilitated by the coordinator, but it is the responsibility of the assignee to make sure to request for a LOA.

· Coordinates with accredited vendors for the Coordinates with accredited vendors for the Services

· Makes sure that there is no pending LOA for repairs in his area of responsibility

· Monitors vehicle registration assigned in sales offices. Reminds the assignees of the submission of registration documents/requirements to Fleet Department.

· Keeps an updated master list of all vehicles/assignees in the sales office

· Assists in the deployment and retrieval of all company vehicles

· Assists in the disposal of company vehicles

· Facilitates and provides assistance during vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and rescue.

· Makes sure that there are no used tires and batteries or any other parts that will be brought inside the sales offices.

· Records serial numbers and brands of all new tire replacements. This will serve as the basis for the approval of the next tire replacement.

· Conducts spot checking of vehicle damage for validation of crash reporting.

Salary: Php12,000.00 per month Plus 500 Comm Allowance
