General Manager for Contract Logistics and Transport

The General Manager for Contract Logistics and Transport shall be responsible for developing strategies and priorities to accomplish base department score card objectives. He/She delivers base department score card by ensuring processes are at optimum conditions, supporting the organization to remove road blocks, and providing necessary resources with right competencies and abilities. He/She takes the lead in driving the changes and transformation.

Responsible for Inventory Management, efficient trucking operations and efficient and profitable constructive export operationsLeads the feasibility study for opening new sites.Leads the projects and compliance team in setting up facilitiesMonitors compliance to government requirements related to operationsEnsures that the company is well represented in government and industry related meetings that would enhance the company’s competitiveness and competency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any 4-year business courseWith at least 5 years of relevant work experience in managerial capacityWorking knowledge of supply chain managementWith background in warehousing and logisticsPossesses strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
