Knowledgeable in Local Laws. Each country has different laws to run the business therefore first task is to know these laws even before we take decision to enter that geography. These may be related to:Getting license to run the business and for doing international trade.Labor lawEnvironmental implication if any.Liaising with Fertilizer and pesticide authority for licensing and other purposes.Viable logistic.In case We are planning continuous business then it’s inevitable to know the viable logistics to keep the operation economical to cater the customers. In such cases responsible person should find the port and marketing zone accordingly.Need to look the distribution channel whether it’s in Govt/cooperative or private hands and plan accordingly. In case it’s in Govt hand then again find the rules and regulation.Awareness among the farmers.First, one should know the crops in that area and current practice which is being adopted by the farmers. What is current productivity and ways to enhance the productivity up to the desired level.Find the crops where targeted product is suited and start convincing the farmers by laying trails and showing the results.Start making those farmers to spokesperson who are satisfied with the trial results.Start making literature and other promotional material based on results of products. While making all these, cultural norms may also be considered of that country.Avoid the biasness and hire the local talents.Sometime good product must face undue competition because of biasness of local and foreign product. Hiring of local talents can take care this problem, even local person knows better about logistics and distribution channel.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or any equivalent.

• At least 3 years’ experience of same field.

• Proficient in writing and speaking local language and English

• Good communication skill while presenting the company and its objective.

• Knowledgeable in local laws and customs
