Plant Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality and quantity checking in all trade-products, materials, etc. for loading, delivery, pick-up, and shipment.Ensure that all released products/materials are within customer specification based on but not limited to bent drawing, DR, PN report, SO, or other required documents.Coordinate with Logistics, dispatch helper, or other responsible personnel regarding outgoing Trade products.Prepares reports to all conducted dispatch checking done. And ensure that records are properly stored, filed, and readily available.Assist the Plant Area Staff -Inventory in preparing and issuance/ or releasing of requested materials, hardware accessories, office supplies, production supplies, and other requested items.Assist the Plant Inventory Staff -Inventory in organizing of stockroom and proper labeling to prevent improper issuance and mixing up of materials.Perform other tasks/jobs as required by the Plant Manager or SuperiorParticipate in all company programs and ensure conformance to QMS and 5S requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational background: VocationalPreferably with at least 1years experience in product dispatch/releasing in a manufacturing or production setting or any relevant experiencePreferably lives around Bulacan or near BulacanDetail-oriented and trustworthyCan start immediately!
