Job Description:

A. Project Profitability Report and Analysis

Prepare project detailed Income Statement and Project Profitability Analysis.Monitor progress of projects through comparison of disbursement and project accomplishment.Investigate significant project variances and submit variance report top Top Management.Effectively communicate with Engineering Team and Project Managers regarding new projects, project timelines, contract documents, change orders and other contract modificationsEffectively communicate with Budget Control Team regarding project disbursements and budgetary estimates.Effectively communicate with Equipment Supervisor to account for equipment mobilization.Define charging of the following in computation of project profitability:

Equipment utilization

General Management costs

Head Office provision and maintenance expense

Other expenses that can be deemed shareable across

different projects

Maintain complete project files for the entire duration of the project

B. Monitor accounts of Specialty Contractors

Prepares Specialty Contractors Account StatementPerform regular audit on disbursement monitoring of Engineering and Accounting

C. Project Site Accounting

Oversee work performed by Site Accounting AssociateReview reports prepared by Site Accounting AssociateTrain and orient newly hired Site Accounting Associate

Qulifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy and must have a professional licenseWith 7 years and up experience or any relatedWorking in Construction company is a plus
