Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, controlling and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executes approved strategies to meet / exceed sales targetImplements effective measures and approaches to control operational expensesManages approved measures to increase return / sales on selling spaceExecutes measures to reduce merchandise losses and improve profitabilityManages and lead by example
