职位描述

·        Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.

·        Scouting for prospective lessees.

·        Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.

·        Performing relevant inspections

·        Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.

·        Addressing and recording all rule violations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.

·        Proficient in English language and has excellent communication skills.

·        Strong sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills.

·        Strategic thinker and has strong analytical skills.

·        Ability to work with a high level of integrity at all times

·        Ability to remain calm and positive in difficult situations and under pressure
