10 years’ experience as a Senior Mgt levelStrong sales and outbound experienceExperience related to IT FieldExperience in handling Lead Gen/Sales TeamStrong Portfolio on Lead Gen and SalesPlus if with CS experienceExperienced in training advisorsKin on creating reports via excel and power pointAble to handle 16 supervisors (4 managers)

IT related sales - SAP and solutions BPO-IT backgroundWill handle APAC teamHandled 10 - 15 Teams (Around 250 FTEs)Customer Service ExperienceIT Sales ExperienceLead Generation Experience8 - 10 years of managerial experienceNot an Individual Contributor
