As Sales Experts, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the customer experience on both inbound and outbound calls. As the voice of the brand, you will help build strong relationships between our partners and their customers. How can you make a difference?
Receive/ place calls with new and existing customers to renew or sell additional services or products to enhance their life Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experienceTo join our team, you need:
