Compliance Head

JOB SUMMARYa.      Responsible for maintaining organizational legal and ethical integrity.b.      Ensure that the company and employees are compliant with the laws and regulations of all regulatory bodies (BSP, SEC, BIR, AMLC, NPC, LGUs, etc.).c.      Design compliance plans, review company policies, guide, and educate management and staff on compliance matters including advising and providing effective suggestions or recommendations on identifying and handling potential risks. d.      Stay updated on recent regulatory changes and respond in the event of government / regulatory supervising authority investigationse.      Develop effective training and education programs for employees to ensure awareness and efficient compliance on new processes or policies.f.       Maintain good relationship with regulators.g.      Manage and oversee the Compliance Department.QUALIFICATIonSGraduate of bachelor’s degree in business, legal management; preferably lawyerExposure and/or familiarity with regulatory requirements in financing industry; Experience in compliance program creation and implementation, process documentation, manual preparation, and project management; coordination and planning experience. People management Relevant work experience of at least 10 years, 5 years of which is in a compliance head capacity. Strong leadership, Decision-making, High moral turpitude and Integrity, Detail oriented, good interpretation of data, laws and regulations, risk assessment, can work under pressure and under minimal supervision, team player, flexible and can adapt to change, can deal with all levels in the organization, can deal with regulators
