职位描述

Position : Corporate Legal Advisor or Officer

Department : Legal

Location of Job : BGC/Manila –Philippines

Reporting To : CEO

Work Experience Required : At least 6-10 years of relavent exp in Philippines Market

Qualifications :Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Law from a

recognized college/University

Job Responsibilities

Should be well versed in local law and compliance matters

Would be responsible for ensuring ISON Tower’s legal objectives are met and safeguarded

Should understand Property Tax law and associated issues.

Should understand Contract Management and provide sound support on commercial

matters

Providing legal and commercial advice on all aspects of supplier and customer-facing

agreements including sourcing and RFQ processes.

Providing corporate governance and secretarial service to ensure the company complies

with its statutory obligations and acts in accordance with arrangements in place with

shareholders.

Managing the supply of external legal advisers, ensuring high quality, timely advice within

carefully managed budgets.

Providing statutory interpretation, legal analysis, and advice on complex matters, including

the application of legislation to TowerCo.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulation, including the

Telecommunications Act, Public Works Act, Property Law Act, Contract and Commercial Law

Act.
