Job Summary:
The Deal Officer shall lead and/or assist the Senior Deal Officer in the activities relating to the entire deal process, from origination to transaction closing. He/She shall also assist the Coverage and Origination Group in deal origination and client management.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance-related courses; MBA, MBM, CPA, or CFA will be a plus factorAt least 5 years work experience in Investment Banking or related fieldKnowledgeable in financial analysis and modeling financial structuring and evaluation, valuation, securities distribution公司介绍
