QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, staff management, and preparation of profit and loss statement and other reportsStrong planning and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently and confidently make business decisionsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the business performance of the restaurant in accordance to the targets setAnalyze and plan restaurant sales and profitabilityManage the branch in accordance to the standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitationImplement the company policies and proceduresProvide excellent guest experience and guide staff in providing a high level of servicePrepare all reports as required by the ManagementProperly monitor the stock levels and cash managementMonitor and manage product and labor costsPrepare employees' shift scheduleRecruit, train, and motivate staffAssess the performance and provide feedback to staffPromote the culture and values of the Company

Banapple thereafter transferred its main kitchen to a bigger and more accessible location along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City. Banapple operates a cake showroom cum cafe at the facade of this kitchen.Banapple Pies & Cheesecakes is a novel find in the metropolis.
