Responsibilities:
The Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts will provide the following key support functions to APAC operations in coordination with the Senior Director, Regional Legal Affairs and Compliance, APAC:
(1) client contract drafting, negotiation and review, and status monitoring;
(2) risk assessment and legal advisory on questions related to compliance with contractual provisions;
(3) takes the lead in client audits and assisting in RFPs or new business opportunities; and (4) special corporate projects.
This post will primarily provide contract review support for Sitel Group accounts or programs in the APAC region.
A lawyer from the BPO industry specializing in contracts or someone in corporate practice from a multinational company is ideal.
