Business Expansion Manager (Logistics/Manufacturing)

The Business Expansion Manager serves as the Business Expansion, Operations Product (Tech. Solutions), and Continuous Improvement In-charge for the entire Fulfillment and Logistics Operations organization. He/She ensures that all Logistics and Fulfillment Stakeholders are supported in hitting the business targetes. A. Project Management For Site Expansion Lead the roll-out of new sites while preparing the Government, Mall, Asset, Construction, Technology Infrastructure, Packaging Material, and Manpower Resource RequirementsB. Project and Product Management for Business Expansion Develop processes, technology solutions, and transactional forms with the Logistics and Fulfillment Leads for new business ventures that involves the Logistics and Fulfillment OrganizationCollaborate with internal and external parties in developing operations centric solutionEstablish and monitor project budget for the start-upC. Project and Product Management for Continuous Improvement Develop processes, technology solutions, and transactional forms with the Logistics and Fulfillment Leads to improve productivity and efficiency of the Logistics and Fulfillment OrganizationMonitor productivity initiatives of the Logistics and Fulfillment OrganizationMonitor the development and deployment of all the Continuous Improvement Projects under the Logistics and Fulfillment Organization EDUCATIonAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSAt least 5 years of working experience in logistics/supply chain operationsAt least 3 years of working experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software, Warehouse Management System (WMS), or Transport Management System (TMS) implementation and modificationAt least 3 years of working experience in Project Management and Solutions DesignGraduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or any related field of studiesProficient with MS Office, and ability to adhere to strict deadlines, and Project Management skills.WORK LOCATIonCandidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - Pasay City.
