ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Salary Range: Php 30,000 - 36,000 (excluding license allowance)

Note: Salary is still negotiable.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field

Should be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

With at least 3-5 years of related working experience

Proficient in general and financial accounting

Amenable to work in Quezon City

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for handling and monitoring all accounting activities of both the admin and marketing divisions. He/she is responsible for preparing all accounting reports and government-mandated financial reports.

Reviews financial statements and ensures accuracy and legal complianceAuditing of encoded financial records from the systemPreparation of all financial reports including but not limited to Balance Sheet, Income Statement, BIR Filing, Income Tax Returns, Audited Financial Statements, Business Permit Renewal, SEC – Financial StatementEnsures taxation compliance and on-time submission of all BIR reportsPrepares financial and other accounting reports that are requested by the Chief Operating Officer from time to timeProvides assistance in accounting system-related concernsSupervises and evaluates the performance of staff under the jurisdiction
