FINANCE ANALYST

Job Description:

Primary responsible for the administration, maintenance, and improvement of company's financial reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity, which includes:

Preparing and consolidating of information related to budgets/forecasts (annual, and quarterly rolling forecasts)Updating and preparing monthly reports used for variance analysis on actual operational results versus budgets (developing standards, product costing, labor variance analysis)Supports month-end closing and reportingUploading key financial metrics in the reporting systemHandles non-routine special projects and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Accountancy, preferably CPAExtensive Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Taxation and Financial Planning principles and concepts particularly for a manufacturing set-up and PEZA-regulated companiesAdvanced financial modeling skills to develop analysis for various business scenarios using Excel (Macros experience is a plus)Proactive, detail-oriented and highly analyticalAbility to communicate effectively at all levels and lead others through change and new strategic initiativesStrong business sense, with high level of integrity, commitment, work ethic and values
