Job Description:

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AGING

Monitor and prepares aging receivablesEnsure to reach and maintain a ratio of 60-40, or whichever is stated by the management, on the accounts with outstanding balances for collection No accounts falling under 90 days and above for local A/RMonitor and implement collection schedules from clients underPrepare and record official receiptsEnsure proper filing of documentsMonitor and follow up on invoices charges to the customer8Monthly closing of books based on TAT
