Accounts Payable Specialist (Shared Services)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

Perform compliance reviews on travel & entertainment expensesReceive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiriesAssist with audit needs by preparing requested sample data for other departmentsPerform quality review for processed expense reimbursements and vendor invoicesCorrespond and communicate with partners and employees relative to expense and payment inquiriesAssist in documenting and improving accounts payable policies, procedures, and workflowAssist in global finance initiatives (office rollouts for expense reimbursement tool and voucher process transition)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any programAt least 1 year of accounts payable or accounting experience is preferredExperience working in a BPO/Shared Services Organization is a plusExcellent English communication skills, both written and oralProficient in Microsoft Office Word and ExcelStrong attention to detail, with exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
