Accounting Specialist - AP,AR,GL

Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with accounting operations including areas such as cash, AR, AP, and month end close

· Prepare process documentation for accounting operations and train others on these processes

· Support Controller with cash management and 13-week cash forecasting

· Bookkeeping in Quickbooks on a timely basis

· Coordinate with Epic’s tax personnel to facilitate tax filings

· Assist with all finance integration activities including the transition to a new accounting system

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years of relevant work experience

· Strong understanding and ability in Quickbooks

· Has completed studies in accounting (e.g. Bachelor, Associate, etc)

· Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task and preferably some project implementation experience

· Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated judgment and creative problem-solving skills on both a tactical and strategic level
