Relationship Analyst | Makati

The position is primarily responsible for analyzing data-driven trends in the business to identify ways of refining bank’s approach to clients and key stakeholders. The position is also responsible for assisting the Relationship Management Officer in establishing connection and business partnership with bank stakeholders.

A. Data Gathering and Analysis

Conducts research on the latest bank trends that may affect the present and future needs for the company’s product/servicesEnsures that data-gathering is conducted based on agreed protocols like required probing, skipping, use of show cards, observance of non-verbal cues, etc.Analyses data-driven trends in the business to identify ways of refining bank’s approach to clients and key stakeholders

B. Relationship Management

Identifies the needs of clients and prospects to make recommendation on appropriate products or servicesCollaborates with bank’s product and support partners to come up with financial services and products that clients requireBuilds and maintains long-term relationships with clients and bank’s key stakeholders

C. Others

Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to loans and other related activities.Provides coaching to junior members of the team.Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work.Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education: Graduate of B.S. Accounting or any business-related courseAt least one (1) year work related experienceKnowledgeable in Relationship ManagementWilling to work in Makati
