Coordinates recruitment activities, including job advertisement, sourcing and screening.Schedules interviews and coordinates both with Management, requesting Department and candidates.Processes background checksMaintain candidate database and records.Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation schedules).Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needsIn-charge in overseeing and maintaining the training records of individuals or groups of employeesCoordinates with third-party training providers, on organizational training needs.
