职位描述

Job Summary:

The Office Secretary is depended upon to effect systematic, efficient, and effective flow of work in their area of responsibilities. The Office Secretary reports to the Director of the Admissions and Aid Office and coordinates with the Scholarships and Admissions Officers

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Assist the Scholarship Program Officers in preparing reports and documents required by government funders to process payment and renewal of their scholars.

2. Designated as TES Focal Person and prepares reports an documents required by CHED to process payment and renewal of TES grantees.

3. Assists the Scholarship Officers in the semestral evaluation and renewal of scholars.

4. Prepares clearances of grantees, which is a requirement for securing exam permits during finals.

5. Receives and collates scholarship applications for the evaluation, selection an approval of the scholarship committee.

Qualifications:

College graduate At least one (1)  year of secretarial work experience;Working knowledge of ICT applications;Must have technical aptitude, communication and critical-thinking skills-
