The incumbent will be assigned to answer general pre-sales inquiries, perform technical validation, and ensure accuracy of configurations with supported products - i.e. Desktop, Notebook, Workstations, Thin Clients (SetUp/Assembly/Configuration).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide Answers on General Pre-Sales Questions based on the Info  Provided by the Vendors and/or Manufacturers• Provide the Exact or Closest Comparable Items and/or Parts based  on Product Description/Specifications; Explain Features/Advantages• Provide Side-by-Side Comparison with other Competing Products or  Brands; Conduct Assurance for Technical Validation & Configuration• Adheres to Service Level Agreement and Logs All Calls or ContactsMinimum Hiring Qualifications:• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Information Technology, BS  Electronics/Communications Engineering or Equivalent Courses• Fresh Graduates with Related Tech Courses are Welcome to Apply• At least One (1) Year Technical Experience Related to PC & Server  Hardware Assembly and Hardware or Software Troubleshooting• Basic Knowledge Required: Computer & Server Hardware/Software  Technology; Computer and/or Server Hardware Assembly• Product Familiarization with PC's, Notebooks, Printers, Servers,  Storage or Networking for HP & Lenovo (Or Equivalent); Experience  w/ Creating BOM's (Build of Materials) is an Advantage for the Role• Proficient in Using Microsoft Office Tools - Outlook, Word and ExcelGet Hired and Enjoy the Following:• 20K Signing Bonus (Terms & Conditions Apply)• Competitive Compensation for Successful Hires• Fixed Weekends Off, Holiday Off (US Holidays)• Monthly Incentives Upon Regularization• Enjoy Free Coffee in Production for Employees• Multiple Opportunities for Growth/DevelopmentWork Location: Tera Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City
