Business Development Operations Manager

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Operations Manager to support the Moneymax commercial team in their daily operations. You will be a crucial part of the company’s further improvement and development and will be providing insights and reports for the internal stakeholders and the business partners who work closely with the biggest Financial Institutions in the Philippines.

YOUR TASK

Manage business operations and support accounts management.Data operations for external financial institutions and internal content teams to onboard and update the financial products information. Resolve internal and external client inquiries related to the financial product information.Coordinate with internal teams on marketing campaign execution.Coordination of contract administration and management, such as liaising with the legal team, processing of provider accreditation, and contract record keeping.Maintain the sales-related trackers and spreadsheets.Ad-hoc business operational tasks and supportKeeping track of revenue and profits for listed clients Assist and support commercial team in preparing for client meetings, including deck creationSupport the Moneymax commercial team to strengthen relationships with the Philippines’ leading financial institutions.Ensure consistency and accuracy in handling client requests.Provide dedicated client care through thorough follow up on product information changes, invoice amendments, product inquiries, contract clauses explanations, etc.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development operations rolesStructured mindset, able to prioritize and execute operational tasksHighly organized and comfortable working with dataExcellent project management skills, able to handle different ongoing projects and accounts at onceIntermediate skills in Microsoft ExcelGood data, analytical, and mathematical skillsBachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines. Past experience in business operations from financial institutions or other fast-paced work environments is preferred.Good verbal and written communication skills in English
