SALON MANAGER

At Tokyo Glam Eyelash and Nail Salon, managers roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done! In short, you own management of the day-to-day operations of running a successful salon.

Responsibilities:

Check the flow of the operation of all Tokyo Glam branchesCheck the deliverables of all the back office staffGive solutions to any problem of the Salon including the complaint from the clients.Check the Instagram and Facebook and Email AccountHandle all the concerns of every staffImplement memo or new rules of the company with the CEO approvalHandle all the Staff before and after the operationHandle and monitoring the training sessions Check the bags of the Staff after the operation with the assistance of the Salon Supervisor and ReceptionistHandle PR and schedules of the celebritiesCooperate with Tokyo Glam’s Media DirectorsCheck the tally of daily salesCheck the tally of petty cash under the manager’s approvalCheck the tally of all (X-Deals together with the celebrity signatures)Arrange the contract of all employeesAssist the CEO with the hiring of new employeesCheck the plot schedules daily to ensure that smooth appointments flowReport to the CEO daily about the flow of the operationCheck the deliverables of the PR with screenshot evidence of posting with service slip

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of managerial experienceExtensive knowledge in the salon industryAbility to motivate and inspire employeesExcellent people skillsAttention to detailWith Bachelor’s Degree
