Education:

Completion of 2 years studies in College or High School Graduate with relevant Vocational/Trade course

JOB SUMMARY

The Social Welfare Assistant of Regular Conditional Cash Transfer (RCCT) shall facilitate the Compliance Verification (CV) Forms distribution and retrieval and Social Welfare and Development Indicators (SWDI) administration; assist the City/Municipal links (C/MLs) in system updates and supply side assessment. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate distribution and retrieval of CV formsPrepare summary of CV forms distributed and retrievedConsolidate issues and concerns on meeting the Compliance Verification System (CVS) distribution and retrieval and submit to C/ML for appropriate actionFacilitate coordination with schools and health centers relative to CVS monitoring and retrieval and validation on non-compliant monitored childrenFacilitate, review and monitor submission of system forms (CV Forms, Grievance Redress System Forms) through the Local Government Unit (LGU) links and parent leaders, in terms of completeness and correctnessAssist and facilitate in systems (CVS, GRS, BDM) update related concerns for review of C/MLsConduct SWDI Enumeration/Validation to Pantawid Pamilyang Piliipino Program (4Ps) households in a yearFacilitate conduct of supply side assessment in coordination with focal persons of partner agencies and the LGUProfile beneficiaries/parent leaders and LGU linksAssist (or facilitate, if needed) the C/ML in the conduct of Family Development Sessions and in monitoring the Health and Education facilitiesSubmit required reportsRespond and track queries and grievance at field levelAugment to regional and local activities as need arises.
