Competency:
Has intermediate knowledge and skills in the implementation of appropriate resource management and restoration strategies of various ecosystems and provision of technical assistance in the formulation, implementation of Natural Resources Management-related plans and integration to LGU plans and undertaking of ENR accounting activities
