Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year courseWith at least two (2) years of work experience in Warehouse or Logistics settingWith knowledge in handling trucking operation (direct and subcontracting)With wide knowledge in PEZA and BOC transactionsMust have above average skills in MS Excel

The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

Preparation of Delivery Receipt (DR) and Debit Note (DN) for Kanban delivery based on Kanban requestDaily monitoring of incoming/outgoing finished goodsVerification and on time submission of all documents received from SubconChecking of picking list prior to actual picking or kittingEnsuring the correctness of all delivery documentsCoordination with trucking supervisor for clear instruction regarding delivery detailsSupport PEZA processing, kitting preparation, GRN updating, etc.
