QUALIFICATION
Eligibility:
Appropriate Eligibility for Second Level Positions; Appropriate (RA 1080) Bar/Board (for positions involving practice of profession)
Education:
Master's degree
Training:
120 hours of specialized training on management theory and practice, policy issues, new technologies and other related trainings to include Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), as may be applicable, provided that management training does not fall below forty (40) hours
Work Experience:
Five (5) years supervisory experience
