Brief Job Description:

Implementation and monitor all maintenance management directions of the Engineering Head geared towards the efficient and sustained upkeep of the propertyMonitor the process of repairs being implemented by the mall engineer and his/her on site technicians or qualified contractorsMonitor, remind and assist and mall engineers in the compliance of a local government requirements and laws in relation to the operations od the mall's machineries and equipment.Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction work in supervisory capacity preferred.Willing to visit other CityMall/Residential branches for inspection and audit purposes.Knowledge in design and AutocadWith knowledge in Property Management, skills in repair and maintenance, including but not limited to, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of property equipment and facilities.Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with PRC license.
