职位描述
The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing installation and/or modernization projects in elevators /escalators, and coordination of schedules ensuring timely completion of all structural requirements (builder's works) as specified in the approved construction drawings.
Requirements:
Candidates must be at least graduates/holders of Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)PRC license will be an advantageAt least 3 years work experience in project management of low, mid and high-rise buildings including handling of sub-contractors and vendorsWith experience from an elevator/escalator and construction industry is an advantage.Good people managementStrong command in oral and written communicationsVery good coordination and assessment skillsMust be patient and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeedVery good time management and can work effectively under pressureFlexible to do fieldworks公司介绍
