ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
1. The documentation of the business processes, workflow and training materials for assigned Department/s.
2. Planning and implementing process improvements initiatives aligned to the strategic direction of the company.
3. Ensuring seamless execution and compliance on the implemented policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Works closely with the process owners from the assigned Department to understand and analyze work functions and processes.
2. Confers with department managers/ section officers to identify problems and areas needing improvement.
3. Assists Department Managers/ Section Officers with the research of best practices with recommendations of process improvements.
4. Develops and maintains application user manuals; documents work processes and develops operational standards and procedures; and provides end-user application support.
5. Reviews progress of new or revised work systems to assure complete and proper implementation.
6. Maintains records and prepares reports and correspondence.
7. Plans and performs process audits to ensure compliance on process standards.
8. Other related duties assigned by immediate Process Manager or Department Head.
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any Business Courses.
* Preferably with relevant work experience in process developments & improvements.
* Must be willing to work on-site in our Corporate Offices at BGC, Taguig & Binondo, Manila.
