PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Job DescriptionThe Instrumentation Technician is under the direct supervision of the Instrumentation Foreman. The Instrumentation Technician keeps and maintains plant Instrumentation and Process Control equipment and its auxiliaries. He participates in the repair, installation, overhauling and reconditioning of Instrumentation controls and equipment. He is also in-charge in any machine automation project revision and rehabilitation programs and machine improvements.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Keeps and maintain plant information and process control equipments and its auxiliaries such as Electronic and Pneumatic Transmitter, Transducer, Detector, Recorders Controllers and other instruments related to flow, pressure, level, Temperature and analyzer etc. in good operating condition through conducting periodic inspection, cleaning and routine parts replacement calibration and adjustment, following established maintenance schedule.2. Participates in the repair and installation of Instrumentation control loops, pneumatic and hydraulic system and such other similar installation3. Responsible in the repair , overhauling and reconditioning of the following mechanical equipments and its accessories integral to instrumentation and pneumatic such as control valves, pneumatic and cylinder valves, directional valves, solenoid valves ,air motors, hand valves, filter, strainers, lubricators, pneumatic and hydraulic relief valves, felt auto guides, vacuum control, refrigerated air dryers /air compressors.4. evaluates, design and implements modification on existing installation for increase availability of equipment.GRADUATE OF INSTRUMENTATION TECH.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Additional leaveCompany Christmas giftFree parkingOpportunities for promotionPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to be fully vaccinated and to wear a face mask at all times.
