Job Description
Responsible for the overall supervision of production and support operations, and ensures quality standards based on target schedules and cost objectives.
Management
Analyze and endorse implementing business plans for the production operations; ensures that these are aligned to the Group’s overall plansEnsures that set business targets are achievedAssists in securing Toll Manufacturing AgreementsGenerates and submits reportorial requirements to ManagementProvides support and advices for improvements, acquisitions, and other projects as neededReviews, recommends and investigates reports on violations of Rules and Regulations/Code of Conduct, and ensures that appropriate action steps are in place to avoid recurrence of the violations in futureProduction Operations
Oversees and monitors day-to-day operationsEnsures that the approved plans are achieved on time by reviewing and analyzing the actual production and relevant support operational results, and resolving and improving deficienciesProject Coordination
Communicates overall production and support operations performance to all project stakeholdersCollaborates, disseminates, and guides team members in achieving targets, communicating clear priorities, and addressing issues, concernsPeople Management
Monitor job performance of staff to ensure that high-quality work and efficiency in operations are maintained at all timesQualification:
Has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related course.Must have a background in production supervision and management.Has knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and Health and Safety standards and procedures.Must be willing to work in Maybunga, Pasig公司介绍
