DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accepts jobs for repair, made to order, bag and shoe repair, bag cleaning, bag restoration, dry cleaning etc.

· Receives, document and facilitate order from the customers.

· Monitors the due dates on both contracted jobs and claimed jobs using the daily monitoring worksheet or desktop.

· Maintain a logbook on the in and out of items.

· Submit/send email the following reports to the Head Office/Accounting at the end of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

· Has the ability to carry out effective customer services.
