RECEPTIONIST

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Greets and welcomes guests to the restaurant.Attends to inquiries and assist them before being led to their table.Ensures that customers are being attended once arrived the entrance area of the restaurant

Essential Responsibilities:

Upon entry of customer, greets in a professional, courteous and pleasant mannerInquires guest name and number of guests and any other preferenceInforms guests to be seated while table is being readiedWhen available, guides the guest to their respective assigned tableReceives calls and inquiriesAnswers any query by guestsKeeps records of guests : name, number of guests and other important detailsHandles reservations of guests. documents the same for coordination with other department.Coordinates with other staff to ensure concerns or complaints are addressedPerforms other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Education:

At least college undergraduate of two years (four semesters) preferably related to Food and Beverage.

Experience:

At least four (4) years’ experience in a restaurant in a 3 star hotel or fine dining restaurant or similar establishment
