Cluster Head (Property Management)

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ClusterDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Cluster thru the Property Management Companyto include facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service,finance and admin.- Ensure that brand standards are maintained consistently across all managed properties.- Maintains a constructive and highly interactive relationship with other Business Units of SMDC (ProjectDevelopment / Engineering / Quality Assurance and Buyers Turn-over Unit) to ensure the smoothtransition from Developer to Condo Corp.- Assists in the establishment and implementation of Company organizational strategies, goals andobjectives to ensure efficient operations.- Reviews and approves the annual budgets for the property management offices and individual propertiesprior to submission to SMDC Administration and Finance Head and Property Management Head for fiscalapproval.- Build a quality team of property management personnel and establish a track record for the Company asa quality real estate management service providerJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED- Graduate of Business Administration, Management Engineering, Engineering or Architectural courses;- With a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Property Manager and two (2) years experience as anArea Manager from a reputable Property Management Company whether local or abroad. Experience inMalls and Office Condominium may also be considered but only after passing a strict screening process.- Has handled at least 5 residential condominium developments as an Area Manager.- Has directly managed Complex / Property Managers from past work experiences- Good working knowledge of condominium and building codes and laws that govern condominium and building management and maintenance.
