职位描述
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer/Electrical.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Must know the following: Basic Design, ACAD or any estimating software, QTO and estimates, tendering, evaluation, and processing of contractor’s progress billing and variation orders, final account, cost control and contract administration.
Main Job and Responsibility
1. Responsible for preparing realistic, adaptable, and accurate cost estimates based on detailed plans and specifications.
2. Conduct quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project but not limited to: Contract Design Estimate; Definitive Office Estimate; and Detailed Bill of Quantities.
3. Assists in the preparation of realistic, adaptable, and accurate cost estimates based on schematic design and development design stages of the project.
4. Prepares cost studies and cost analysis for the MPF works.
5. Assists in preparing MPF reports submitted to clients, including but not limited to, project initial design and cost budgets, bid recommendation report, and variation order evaluation.
6. Assists in the preparation of needed documents in any project meetings.
7. Assists in preparing MPF bid packages and other bid documents needed in the bidding process.
8. Ensures that all relevant Work Instructions and the organization’s Quality Management System are being followed and applied for all the works undertaken.
9. Ensures that all deliverables and submissions are checked and reviewed by the concerned department heads prior to release.
10. Assists in preparing MEP reports submitted to clients.
11. Knowledgeable in design. Can execute simple design and build project.
12. Can do coordination works on site.
13. Coordination to the suppliers to have quotations and being up to date on online market range.
14. evaluation of Contractor Bid Proposals and perform site inspection during bid evaluation of the cost to secure and verified all the scope of works.
15. Preparation and presentation the Project update during Procurement meeting
16. Any other works, projects or tasks as directed by the MEP head.
