JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the day to day sign requests of stores, maximum of three days from the day of request and complete all signs from the list submitted by Merchandising to support the different business unit campaigns. Implements also the correct execution in the display of signs (location, use of sign holder, size, etc.)

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PRODUCTION OF DESIGNS

· Produce the day to day sign requests of stores, maximum of three days from the day of request.

· Completes all signs from the list submitted by Merchandising to support the different business unit campaigns (WOW, Category Promo, Sale, Others)

· Implements the standards in sign making.

2. STORE VISIT/STORE COORDINATION

· Visits the stores at least once a month.

· Implements the correct execution in the display of signs (location, use of sign holder, size, etc.).

· Gives suggestions and proposals on how to best serve the stores.

· Coordinates with the officers on all concerns like delays and unserved requests.

3. SIGN TRANSFER AND DISTRIBUTION

· Advises through MS Outlook if signs requested are finished for pick-up.

· Coordinates with respective drivers for pick-up

· Checks with the store if the signs have been received.

4. SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS

· Monitors supplies to avoid wastage and creates a BIN card to keep track of inventory.

· Takes care all tools and equipments issued.

5. EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE

· Schedules preventive maintenance for all equipments used and also keeps a BIN card for tracking them.

· Ensures that only authorized persons can use the equipments including computers and printers.

6. OTHERS

· Coordinates with Head Office on special requests by the stores, and gets clearance first before execution.

· Coordinates with other sign shops making sure that execution and implementation is consistent.

· Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
