Create BIM content: Families, Model in Place, Formulas, Templates, Etc.Follow BIM content standards/ Create Building Information Model (BIM) from LOD 200 to LOD 500.Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM modelling. Print drawing sets. Conduct initial clash analysis.Perform clash analysis & formalize to Request for Information (RFI). Monitor and updates the Submittal Registry according to Project Execution Schedule. Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meeting. Calibrate model based on recent developments within the project, includes but not limited to design update and/or as per actual site condition.Provide shop drawings from BIM, in accordance on the TSD IFC deliverables list.Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design –changes and model challenges.Able to handle all disciplines within the employment contract duration.Participate in discipline reviews both internal and external teams.Collect redlined IFC/drawings from COD prior to as-built preparation (LOD 500).Develop high level of communication and good writing skills.Assist in consolidation of clash reports, material presentations.Start over-the-shoulder trainings, developing and shadowing new hires.Report to immediate heads: Coordinator & Supervisor.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
