The Training Officer's task is to represent and deliver the program objectives of all the segments under Pru Mae team through the achievement of their KPIs mainly via agent training which includes facilitation, onboarding, monitoring, performance management and collaboration with those directly (i.e. the Pru Mae Development Officer) and indirectly engaged in their assigned area.

Be the training representative of Pru Life UK and Pru Mae in the local area assignment covering all its segments, namely Pru Venture, I-Leader and new leader segment. The KPIs of this role shall be anchored on the company, program objectives and targets of the said segments. This includes effective utilization of budget and company resources. Be responsible for the agent training and sales process in the assigned area for batches of Pru Venture, New Leader and the acquired inorganic leaders to be enrolled under the I-Leader program.With the supervision and approval of the Pru Mae Training Director, conceptualize, create, and execute brand advance agency sales training and developments programs, soft and hard skills training modules, product training, skills and drills, tools, monitoring and success training materials. By using the said program, it will develop candidates into becoming highly productive agents who will later on progress to becoming Career Agents or future agency leaders (Unit Manager).Monitor and gather observation of candidates’ attitude, performance, and daily sales activity.Conceptualize, implement, and promote the MDRT culture and level of performance to candidates which should result to more MDRT qualifiers during or after the program. Work within the budget and manage expenses.Prepare recommendation with regards to candidate’s performance during business review sessions with the candidates’ Leader and Prudential Venture Person In Charge (PIC).Prepare, revise and update basic agent training and MDRT training materials and manuals to keep up to date training standards aligned to the Agency Academy curriculum.Collaboration with the agency, head office partners, agency sales team, LBU, region, global, third parties and others for the effective and efficient execution of the programs and adherence to all company goals, directions, management and compliance directives, etc.Contribute to the company by achieving or exceeding the agreed targets that are aligned with the company’s KPIs.
