JOB DEscriptION

Responsible for daily schedule of Service EngineersProvide initial Technical Support to Clients through phoneCoordinate the activities and operations of the technical departmentProcess necessary documentation and technical reports as neededReview the activity and work of Service EngineersHandle customer queriesPrepare service quotations and maintenance proposalsAnswer all inquiries and Client concerns through phone and email.-
